Having trouble watching or listening to our music? Our music is delivered by streaming audio and video, which means you must be connected to the Internet while you’re listening. If you have trouble, be sure that you’re currently connected to either a Wi-Fi connection or your mobile provider’s network.
Does your iPhone or iPad give you a message about an iOS update? Our apps require a recent version (10.3) of the underlying iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Upgrading is an easy and straightforward, and Apple has a step-by-step guide on their website.
